Hi and welcome to the new Green Smoothie Forum by The Raw Family. My name is Emily, I help Victoria Boutenko at the Raw Family office in Ashland, Oregon. Victoria has asked me to assist her in running this online forum so that people can connect, find answers and share their stories.

The Raw Family love being available to help people, however it’s impossible to respond to everyone while touring, furthering research, and writing books. The aim of this forum is to make  Victoria’s knowledge free and easy for anyone to access and to also provide a supportive environment. If you can’t find a discussion that answers your own needs please start one and if you have any specific questions for Victoria please voice them. We will do our best to respond with direct advice from Victoria.
